Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).

• Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Educational Attainment:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


Work Experience Requirements:

• Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit

Specialist (CEBS)).

• Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

• Day Shift
