2. Deeply engage in business strategy discussions and collaborate seamlessly with product, development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure design concepts are consistently realized throughout the entire process from conception to implementation;
3. Build and promote design systems and standardized processes, establish a scalable visual component library to achieve consistency and efficient iteration in product design across various platforms, while maintaining high fidelity in multinational and multicultural contexts.
4. Propose optimization recommendations based on live data and user feedback, continually iterating solutions;

Proactively summarize project experiences and design cases, establish an internal knowledge base and best practice sharing mechanism, promote systematic improvement of the overall design level of the team, foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and drive the entire department towards a higher-level strategic visual transformation.

1. 3-5 years of UI design experience in the blockchain/fintech/internet sectors, with a portfolio of successful product implementations, capable of consistently delivering high-quality designs in fast-paced and high-pressure environments; strong candidates may have relaxed qualifications;
2. A keen insight into design trends and forward-thinking ability, capable of quickly capturing and predicting design evolution trends in areas such as Web3, blockchain, and decentralized finance, able to distill core aesthetics from complex data and technical logic, and propose disruptive creative solutions that break traditional design limitations;
3. Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively convey and implement design concepts in multicultural and multi-time zone environments;
4. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop, with a deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and dynamic visual expression;
5. Willing to challenge conventions and push the boundaries of thinking, continuously innovating, and constantly refreshing understanding limits of visual design, interaction, and user experience through practice;
