Act as the primary point of contact for clients filing vehicle damage or loss claims.
Assess and appraise vehicle damage to ensure accurate claim processing.
Navigate clients through every step of the claim process, providing exceptional customer service.
Liaise with repair centers, insurance companies, and internal teams within MGM MOTOR TRADING, INC.
Keep clients informed of claim status, updates, and coordinate vehicle repairs and services with authorized Nissan centers.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, with at least 1-year experience required, preferably in automotive industry
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in test rides/drives, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and basic computer literacy.
Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate vehicle claims, liaison with customers and insurance providers, process claim documents, and facilitate test rides/drives.
Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional visits to automotive sites, full-time position.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and able to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.
