We’re looking for a reliable and talented video editor to join our growing real estate media team. You’ll be working with real estate property footage to create two types of videos:

• Standard real estate walkthrough videos (horizontal 16:9, long form, cinematic style)
• Fast-paced, 9:16 vertical, short form social media videos (Reels/TikTok-style)

We need someone who can think creatively, identify the focal points of a property, and bring listings to life with a clean, polished, modern editing style.

The ideal candidate has his or her finger on the pulse of real estate videos on social media, knows what works and what doesn’t.

We will start off the right candidates at 200 php, and then move to 250 and then 300 php/hour. Paid via Wise or Paypal.

• Experience editing real estate videos (portfolio required – no exceptions)
• Strong skills in FCP, Capcut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools
• Eye for detail
• Great sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual polish
• Can match brand guidelines and follow a consistent style
• Able to handle both standard and vertical (9:16) formats
• Strong English communication skills
• Responsible individual that shows up
• Responsive individual that responds when we need them to
• Work your hours, no night shift needed - we upload files in the evening (Eastern Time North America), so you can edit early morning to afternoon
• Super fast and reliable internet; we are working with large video files after all
• Please make sure you’re ok with 200-300 php/hour
