Description
- Design and implement eye-catching displays to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising strategies.
- Maintain brand aesthetics and seasonal trends in store layouts.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve visual presentation.
- Manage inventory and coordinate product placement for optimal sales.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: No experience required, training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in inventory management, merchandising expertise, strong teamwork, sales training, and customer management abilities.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, flexible hours, and possible weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
