Description
- About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze workforce data, forecast staffing needs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency within our BPO operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze workforce data, including employee turnover, recruitment, and training metrics.
- Forecast staffing requirements to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
- Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement workforce strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on workforce metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar role within the BPO industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
