Description

  1. Fully responsible for business development in the Asian market (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia), including the implementation of collaboration models such as agents, KOLs, project partnerships, and community traffic.
  2. Build and manage the business development team, establish target mechanisms, performance evaluation, and complete result delivery.
  3. Design and promote growth-oriented activities suited to regional user habits, such as rebate tasks, team competitions, and airdrop collaborations.
  4. Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to align resources and expedite project execution.
  5. Independently manage and optimize regional data to ensure positive return on investment.
  6. Participate in global/regional industry conferences or investment attraction activities, representing the platform to expand resources and brand influence.

Requirements

  1. At least two years of experience in business development or channel expansion management at exchanges or Web3 platforms, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving tangible results.
  2. Familiarity with the local community ecosystem, commission structures, KOL systems, and agency strategies in China and Hong Kong.
  3. Ability to directly manage resources, project parties, communities, or partnership channels, with preference given to those who can convert quickly.
  4. A results-oriented mindset, understanding of pacing, strong execution skills, and a high level of data awareness and crisis response capability.
  5. Native proficiency in Chinese, with English communication skills; international perspectives are a plus.
