Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement daily operational plans: Optimize platform operation strategies based on company and product development goals to enhance user retention and engagement;

2. Event planning and brand promotion: Plan online events that align with product features, achieving user growth targets and increasing brand visibility through creative content and effective promotion channels;

3. Data analysis and feedback: Analyze user behavior tracking data and operational performance, provide optimization suggestions, and drive continuous iteration of product and operational strategies;

4. Cross-department collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with the marketing and KOL teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and achievement of various objectives;

5. Market research and user insights: Monitor market trends and user needs, continuously optimize product experience, and enhance user satisfaction;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related fields, with more than 1 year of integrated marketing experience targeting the North American market. Familiarity with the North American market, study or work experience in North America is a plus, and experience with exchanges or crypto projects is preferred.

2. English proficiency: Fluent in spoken English and capable of working proficiently in English.

3. Strong market planning and execution skills, able to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional plans, and to effectively execute and supervise the implementation of marketing activities.

4. Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, capable of proficiently using data analysis tools such as Excel and SPSS to conduct in-depth analysis of market data and provide effective marketing recommendations.

5. Good team spirit and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project progress. Capable of working in a multitasking, cross-functional, and highly dynamic environment.
