Japanese Team Leader (P 120,000 + work from home)
**Work from Home after 6 months of Onsite Training**
One of the biggest shared services companies in the Philippines known to provide digital media services around the world. A big Business enterprise providing AI services and digital media assistant is now hiring for Japanese Team Leaders to protect the empire
Position: Japanese Team Leader
Company: American Digital Media
Industry: Shared Service Philippines
Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: P 120,000
Work arrangement: Work from home and Hybrid set up
Work from home permanently after 6 months of onsite Training
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of Japanese customer service representatives and service desks
- Handle the day to day tasks of the team including schedules and work force
- Ensure performance metrics of all Japanese TEAM are met and delivered
- Responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- Responsible for coaching and training japanese speaking members
- Identify training needs and ensure teams have the appropriate tools to deliver the job,.
- Use Japanese language in coordination with top Management and stakeholders
- Coach, Train and mentor the Japanese speaking employees
Requirements
· Filipino who is JLPT N1 Passer or Japanese national with PH recognition
· Candidate who speaks Japanese like a Native (N1 is preferred but not required)
· Has experience supervising and leading employees
· Has work experience in BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services or Japanese Company
· College Undergraduates or Undergraduates can apply
· Ability to manage a team of CSRs
· Can start after 30 to 60 days or ASAP
· Can handle a pioneer account or new Japanese team
· Strong organizers of tasks and projects and respectful leaders are needed
