Description
- Fully responsible for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
- Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project needs.
- Conduct risk management and problem resolution to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the projects.
- Responsible for project progress reporting, providing regular updates on project status to management and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a positive team collaboration atmosphere.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Extensive experience in Agile development, familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with experience managing teams or project members.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
