La Suitez is the hospitality arm of La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc., managing premium Airbnb and short-stay units across Metro Manila. We deliver 5-star guest experiences and are now hiring a Manila-based Virtual Assistant to handle Airbnb guest services, bookings, and marketing.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and marketing-savvy Virtual Assistant who can manage Airbnb guest communications, coordinate bookings, and create engaging social media content using Canva and CapCut.

Main Duties

• Handle Airbnb inquiries, bookings, and guest messages

• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs with the cleaning team

• Create social media posts, reels, and marketing materials

• Use Canva for design and CapCut for video editing

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content scheduling

• Prepare simple reports on bookings and guest feedback

Qualifications

• Manila-based – preferably near Makati, Pasay, or BGC

• College graduate (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)

• Experience in Airbnb or hospitality is a plus

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and social media marketing

• Excellent English communication and customer service skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
