• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance, monitoring, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting of the company's core database systems (MySQL, TiDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).
• Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of MySQL database clusters (such as master-slave replication, MGR, Galera, etc.).
• Responsible for the performance analysis and optimization of SQL statements, assisting developers in improving query efficiency.
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance, monitoring, and fault handling of TiDB distributed database clusters.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance, performance monitoring, and tuning of PostgreSQL databases.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Redis in-memory databases, including maintaining high availability solutions (such as Sentinel, Cluster).
• Formulate and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data security.
• Perform database performance monitoring, capacity planning, and security hardening.
• Participate in database architecture design reviews, providing professional recommendations.
• Write automation scripts to improve database operation and maintenance efficiency.

• Proficient in the management, maintenance, and performance tuning of MySQL databases, with extensive troubleshooting experience.
• Practical experience in setting up and maintaining MySQL high availability clusters (such as master-slave replication, MGR, Galera).
• Skilled in the analysis and optimization of SQL statements, capable of using tools like explain to pinpoint issues.
• Familiar with the operation and management of TiDB distributed databases.
• Knowledgeable in the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of PostgreSQL databases.
• Experienced in the operation of Redis databases, including maintenance of high availability solutions such as master-slave, Sentinel, or Cluster.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive database backup and recovery plans.
• Experienced in database performance monitoring, capacity planning, and failure alerting.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to relocate to Hong Kong after six months.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience in the operation of other databases (such as MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell/Python for automated operations.
• Understanding of the use and management of cloud database services (such as AWS RDS, GCP Cloud SQL).
• In-depth knowledge of database security standards and practices.
• Experience in the operation of large-scale database clusters.
