职位描述

  • An Account Manager works across a number of sectors, including above the line, digital and below the line. Their role within the agency is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. 
  • Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. An Account Manager will be expected to pitch to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits. 
  • Reporting to the company’s directors, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling, involving the coordination of internal and external staff. The agency will also depend on Account Managers to give projects direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client. 
  • Once an Account Manager has built up a trustworthy reputation and managed to hone the perfect organizational skills and meet their KPIs, they can move forward to become a Senior Account Manager or Account Director. 

Responsibilities:

  • The day-to-day management of clients’ campaigns 
  • Proactive leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability 
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level 
  • The organization of client feedback 
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications 
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients 
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget 
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction 
  • Hit sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies 
  • Manage account/s and develop positive working relationships with all client touch points 
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner 
  • Drive client retentions, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction 
  • Develop new business with new and existing clients, identifying areas of improvement to meet targets 
  • Report on sales result on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and suggest improvements 
  • Identify and approach potential clients 
  • Stay up to date with market trends and innovations to provide insights to clients and within the team 
  • Create cost estimates based on rate cards and ensure approved margins are followed 
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set-up and invoicing 
  • Work closely with Creatives in building decks and proposals 
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows 
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed 
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain client service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight 
  • Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With experience in handling ATL and BTL Account
  • With experience in Advertising
