职位描述

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with regulations.
  • Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units; conduct routine inspections.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • NC II certificate Domrac
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance, especially in high-rise buildings.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs; knowledge of safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or in various weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and teamwork abilities.
