  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, pitch proposals, and close deals with clients/investors.
  • Strategy Development: Create data-driven growth plans and competitive analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work with sales/marketing teams to refine pitches and pricing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, conversion rates) and adjust tactics.
  • Commission Based Incentives

职位要求

  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in deal structuring and contract negotiation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of your company’s sector (tech, retail, etc.).
