职位描述

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: At least 1year of experience in BPO preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal; strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle complaints effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional overtime during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
