职位描述

  • Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms, social media, and in-store channels.
  • Provide information on product availability, pricing, and shipping.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, E-commerce, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.


职位要求

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or lifestyle product sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • A positive, solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Willing to be assign in San Juan
