  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
