  • Electrical Maintenance & Repairs
  1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, control panels, and machinery.
  2. Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
  3. Replace faulty wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.


  • Installation & Upgrades
  1. Install new electrical systems and equipment as required for factory expansion or upgrades.
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.


  • Safety & Compliance
  1. Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
  3. Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues.


  • Collaboration
  1. Work closely with other maintenance supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime.
  2. Assist in planning and executing electrical projects within the factory.

职位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work preferred
  • Valid NCII - Electrician
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or factory building maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
