职位描述

  • Financial Record Management:
  • Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.


  • Accounts Payable Management:
  1. Process invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage expense reimbursements.
  2. Record card transactions and assist in updating and enforcing expense reimbursement policy.
  3. Develop AP analytics data to report on monthly spend trends, such as historically late or missing invoices.


  • Month-End and Year-End Close:
  1. Complete close activities including AP accruals, cash journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other journal entries.
  2. Maintain trackers for cash and expenses to support reporting and monitor AP balances.


  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide insights.
  2. Conduct month-over-month variance analysis and explain significant changes.


  • Audit and Compliance Support:
  1. Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.


  • Team Communication and Support:
  1. Monitor the finance inbox and triage emails to appropriate accounting team members or departments.
  2. Handle other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
