职位描述

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination in partnership with Finance
  • Foster a strong company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple HR functions independently
  • Experience in a fast-paced or logistics/distribution company is a plus
