We are looking for a talented HR Officer/Generalist to join our dynamic team at ACA Group of Companies in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the HR Officer / Generalist, you will play a crucial role in handling the HR and administrative functions of our growing organization.


  • In-charge in the daily HR and administrative operations of the company
  • Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness


职位要求

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR or administrative role
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in HR software and data management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in HR management or administration is a plus
