  • Responsible for the whole gamut of the recruitment process, from receipt of the manpower request to identification of the successful candidate, delivering the commitment to the requesting departments within the acceptable turn-around time.
  • Do preliminary interviews and recommend further interviews of department heads and HR head or President.
  • Proactively explore other sources of possible candidates aside from online job search engines to make sure that database is filled with qualified candidates for future reference.
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive Newly Hire Orientation.
  • Ensure submission of complete pre-hiring requirements of newly-hired employees, including the Medical Exam Results.
  • Prepare the Employment Contract of new hires and employees with renewed contracts.
  • Process IDs of newly-hired employees and employees with renewed contracts in coordination with the other departments.
  • Prepare the Notice of Personnel Action for newly-hired employees.
  • Responsible in conducting back ground investigation and house check of applicants and newly hired employees.
  • COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
  • Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Provide competitive market research and prepares pay studies to help establish pay practices and pay bands that help recruit and retain superior staff.
  • Provide payroll processing backup support
  • Process payroll and mandatories of all employees including MTOs
  • Ensure that all mandatory contributions are remitted on time
  • Provide day-to-day benefits administration services. Asist employees with any claim issues.
  • Develop and schedule benefits orientations and other benefits training
  • Administer retirement and worker’s compensation claims
  • Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Report newly-hired and separated employees to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
  • Receive SSS/Pag-Ibig loan applications to be signed by authorized officer
  • Give suggestions to the HR Supervisors/Manager or initiate system that could improve the process and flow of the payroll mandatories system.
  • ADMIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain records of Pest Control
  • Conduct Performance Evaluation of Admin Staffs
  • Provide guidance and support to Staffs and maintenance to perform their duties effectively
  • Provide support to resolve any problem face by the administration team
  • Safekeeping of Permits, Blue Prints and other Admin Files.
  • Oversee the safety, security and securing the workplace and cctv.
  • Oversee the Admin Department in their day to day functions
  • Responsible for developing procedures in Admin Department
  • And other related task that may assigned from time to time.

  • Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles with at least 1-3 years in a managerial position.
  • strong knowledge of administrative operations, including office management, facility management, and procurement.
  • ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.
