Set-up, performs configuration, installations, troubleshooting and repairs of company-wide computer equipment and network facilities such as computer hardware and software, printer and other related devices;
Perform preventive maintenance on company-wide computer, CCTV's, printer and all related equipment under MIS department;
Asset management of desktop computers, laptop, printer and other related devices;
Custodian of equipment and devices under MIS department;
Monitor and maintain company help desk system and provide technical support to end-user;
Maintain, managing and updating computer software;
System support for AIMS, Payroll and other system handled by MIS.

Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related to computer courses;
with at least 1 year experience as MIS, IT or equivalent professional practice;
Knowledge and experience on computer hardware, software, networking, CCTV's and related task;
Knowledge on computer operating system, computer application and help desk;
Knowledge on SQL, Database Management, Crystal Report;
Experience on troubleshooting of computers, preventive maintenance and asset management.
