Assist in preparing prototypes for sweets and savory applications for internal evaluations and customer presentations.
Support the Application Specialist in conducting experiments and trials.
Participate in sensory evaluations for selected projects.
Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and ordering of raw materials, flavor samples, and lab supplies.
Prepare and dispatch samples for local customers and Givaudan affiliates.
Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with EH&S policies by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.

BS Food Technology or related field
Open to Fresh Graduates in any Food, Engineer, or related courses.
Lab Related Experience (preferably food-related exposure)
Proficiency in common PC applications (Excel, Word, MS Access).
Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and hygiene/environmental guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
