- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet restaurant guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, and effective written and verbal communication. Ability to handle heavy lifting and a strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, exposure to hot surfaces and equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, punctual, adaptable, with a passion for cooking and commitment to food safety.
