职位描述
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Ensure project completion within deadlines and specifications.
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess an NCII Operator Certificate; ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate various heavy equipment for construction tasks; perform regular maintenance checks.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; may involve long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to safety, excellent teamwork skills, and reliable work ethic.
