As a leading Cybersecurity Solutions Integrator, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge solutions to secure and optimize IT environments for our clients. We work with an extensive range of cybersecurity partners to meet the unique needs of our customers.

 

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing the company’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with client needs, market opportunities, and organizational expertise. This role will evaluate product performance, manage vendor relationships, and drive business development initiatives to expand market reach. While experience in the cybersecurity niche is ideal, we welcome candidates with a background in system integration or network infrastructure and software resellers.

Onsite at Zuellig Building, Makati City

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Strategy and Optimization

  • Identify and recommend key products to focus on based on client needs, market trends, competitive analysis, and internal expertise.
  • Conduct regular reviews of product performance, assessing:
  • - Sales metrics, including volume and gross profit (GP).
  • - Client Experience feedback and satisfaction.
  • - Technical support and installation challenges, identifying problematic products and suggesting alternatives.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and relevant.

2. Vendor and Principal Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, principals, and distributors to secure favorable terms and align with business goals.
  • Stay informed of new product developments, innovations, and updates from partners to keep the company’s offerings competitive.

3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific cybersecurity and IT infrastructure needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and the internal sales team to ensure product offerings address market demands effectively.

4. Business Development and Market Expansion

  • Identify specific end-users or industries requiring the company’s solutions, creating opportunities for the sales team to engage with potential clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing product expertise, insights, and strategic guidance during the sales process.

5. Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth product implementation and support.
  • Provide regular reports on product performance, market trends, and business opportunities to the VP for Technology and leadership team.

职位要求

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business development, or a similar role in a cybersecurity company, systems integrator, or network/software reseller.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze product performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
