  • Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Drive improvements on the process and the whole production line
  • Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
  • Implement the department's established policies
  • Ensures machine’s efficiency and good running condition at all times


职位要求

  • Candidate must be an Engineering graduate preferably in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or its equivalent
  • With at least 8 years of experience in supervisory function
  • Proven leadership skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Team player and with good interpersonal skills
