职位描述

  • Analyze project specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing evaluation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in project estimation or a similar role in construction.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, expertise in risk assessment, and preparation of bidding documents.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require extended hours during bids.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
