职位描述

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify and document defects or non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and trends.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in QA tools, and knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct inspections, develop testing protocols, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with some on-site inspections required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving quality processes.
