• Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts for all regions.

• Preparation of contracts and proposals.

• Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.

• Establish good relationships and maintain quality service to clients at all times.

• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.

• Research the market opportunities and potential customer’s business.

• Provide booking and shipping details and coordinates with Export, Import and other Departments.

• Update Sales Manager / Country Manager on client’s demands, claims, problems, and requirements.

• Prepare weekly reports for submission to Sales Manager / Country Manager.

• Contribute to the strategy and execution for launch of new and focus products /lanes.

• Achieve year end targets.

• Handle collections, delivery of billings and documents when needed.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
