Identify potential clients, leveraging networks in the targeted market and secure business opportunities
Leading the entire sales process from understanding prospect needs, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating to closing deals
Prospect, acquire and grow new Bossjob client accounts
Become a subject matter expert on our business product, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
Attend key industry events and conferences
Leading pre-sales and post-sales follow up; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing clients

Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in recruitment industry
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Experience in SaaS products will be advantage
Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experienceInitiative and good communication skill
Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients
Target driven with track record of thriving in a dynamic environment
Willing to travel across region as business requires
