职位描述

  • Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data.
  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Gathering customer requests and requirements.
  • Acknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the same.
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
  • Assisting in generating potential leads and prospect clients
  • Coordinating with internal and external team members.


职位要求

  • College graduate of any 4 years course.
  • With experience as Sales is an advantage but not required.
  • A strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people
  • Ability to remain professional.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions
  • Open to Fresh Graduate
