We are looking for a Tech-Support Specialist to work onsite in Cebu.

What does a Tech Support Specialist do?


Technical support, or tech support, is a customer service role that involves helping users resolve issues with their technology: 

Diagnosing and fixing issues

  • Technical support workers diagnose and fix hardware or software issues. They may also perform regular maintenance on computers and networks. 

Providing support

  • Technical support workers provide support to users over the phone, in person, or via online chat or email. 

Documenting interactions

  • Technical support workers may generate support tickets to document their interactions with users. 

Restoring productivity

  • Technical support workers aim to restore productivity by addressing issues that can disrupt daily activities. 

职位要求

  • Applicants should at least be high school graduates to apply.
  • Applicants should have at least 1 year of BPO Experience to apply
  • Applicants should be available to start ASAP
