Oversees daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.
Assess abd prioritize incident within Warehouse Management System(WMS) based on their impact on day-to-day operations and implement effective triage processes.
Provide on-going user support and training to warehouse personnel in WMS functionalities and best practices
Develop and maintain accurate data within WMS, including product information, inventory level and order details.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and potential bottlenecks within the fulfillment center operations

College Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any relevant business management course
At least 3-5 years managerial experience in the same set-up
Knowledgeable in WMS operations, able to train personnel on WMS functionalities and best practices
with data analytic and problem-solving skills pertaining to warehouse management system issues, inventory level and order details concern
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
