About the Role

The Business Analyst – Clients & Markets position requires a clear understanding of industry challenges and uses knowledge of data and trends to identify new and future opportunities. The incumbent will role model the SJ Group values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.


Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts research into core markets and emerging trends in the consulting industry;
  • Supports the implementation of the client relationship management (CRM) program; Undertakes activities that contribute to the effective and efficient management of the Clients & Strategy team.


Qualifications

  • Marketing / Communications qualifications desirable (demonstrable equivalent experience considered)
  • Other related qualification would be an advantage
