General Description:


The Business Development (BD) Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Business Development team by handling internal concerns, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining organized and confidential records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Support: Address and resolve internal concerns raised by BD Officers, ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the team.
  • Monitoring and Coordination: Track and coordinate activities, projects, and tasks related to business development initiatives.
  • File and Database Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and databases, particularly for Store Network Monitoring, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting to support BD and LD operations.
  • Clerical Duties: Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
