1. Market Expansion: Responsible for sourcing, expanding, and nurturing global users and partners of derivatives products, establishing long-term collaborative relationships.

2. Channel Partnerships: Through diverse channels (agents, media, communities, etc.), expand the user base for derivatives products on the trading platform, enhancing brand influence and market share.

3. Partnership Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with potential partners, reach mutually beneficial cooperation agreements, and advance in-depth collaboration on derivatives products.

4. Industry Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs in a timely manner, providing data support for product optimization and market strategy.

5. Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns related to derivatives trading, boosting user engagement and platform trading volume.

6. User Management: Establish and maintain a core user base for derivatives products, regularly communicate with key clients, and ensure user needs are addressed promptly.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Partnership Facilitation – Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, KOLs, DAOs, trading communities, and institutional investors.

2. Sales & Business Growth – Drive platform user growth, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure long-term collaborations that generate sustainable revenue.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy Formulation – Research industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing valuable business insights for the company.

4. Industry Networking – Represent the company at Web3 industry conferences and community events, and build in-depth connections on Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and other channels.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure BD strategies align with overall company objectives.

Position Requirements:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively and drive international cooperation.

2. Web3 Industry Experience – A minimum of one year in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, GameFi, or related fields.

3. Business Development Experience – Proven background in BD, sales, market expansion, or investment, along with established Web3 industry resources.

4. Strong Initiative & Goal-Driven – Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively seek opportunities, solve problems, and adapt to rapid industry changes.

5. Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to build trust with diverse partners and foster long-term collaborations.

6. High Self-Motivation – Capable of independently planning and executing tasks with minimal supervision.

7. Web3 Network Advantage – Candidates with connections to crypto KOLs, investment institutions, project teams, or communities will be given priority.

8. Education – Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Blockchain-related fields are preferred.
