Position Overview:

Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a crucial role in driving innovation, best practices, and operational efficiency within the CEIU Team in the Philippines. Below is the main responsibility and job description of what we need in a candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardization & Best Practices – Establishing consistent methodologies, frameworks, and guidelines to improve efficiency.

  • Knowledge Sharing & Training – Providing expertise, coaching, and skill development to enhance team capabilities.

  • Process Optimization – Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.

  • Technology & Innovation – Leading the adoption of new tools, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Governance & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Performance Measurement – Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Guidance – Supporting leadership in decision-making and aligning initiatives with business goals

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, in any field. 

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in operational/business excellence, process improvement, or similar director level roles

  • Extensive background working in/with operations in a business process outsourcing (BPO) space

  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Exposure in change management and organizational development

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with business process management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Amenable to work on-site observing middle and night shift

  • Preferably someone who can start immediately, not required.
