- Conduct thorough inspection, monitor the operation and ensure the maintenance/repair of all mechanical & electrical equipment. Review maintenance checklists and reports.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
- Handles technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
- Tenant relations and coordination.
- Candidate must be a B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate.
- Professional license (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in Building Maintenance
- Experience in maintenance operation of mechanical & electrical systems/equipment and other maintenance and repair work.
- Works well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking.
- Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
- Can start immediately.
