We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming emails and communications, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of executives as needed.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized records and files.
- Research: Conduct research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Client Relations: Interact with clients and stakeholders professionally, ensuring positive relationships are maintained.
- Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
