Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Prepare financial forecasts and models to support business decisions.

Budget Management:

• Monitor company expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and legislation.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.

Audit & Tax:

• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee tax preparation and filing.

Strategic Financial Advice:

• Provide financial insights to senior management to inform business strategy.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, budgeting, and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
