Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct financial analysis, prepare budgets, and provide financial forecasting.
Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports
Prepares and monitors mall's operating budget and forward plans
Monitors and manages GAE - related expenses
Daily sales audit of ancillary business collections: parking, cinema, snackbar expenses
Assist in BIR preparation and filing
Assists in annual audit of external auditors
Other tasks as may be required
Work location: Ayala Malls Vermosa

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, budget analysis, and communication skills.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
