We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Artist to join our creative team. This role focuses on designing visually impactful graphics for large-scale applications, including banners, billboards, vehicle wraps, trade show displays, corporate design, window graphics, wall murals, and other oversized print projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative vision to produce high-quality, eye-catching designs that meet client expectations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create compelling designs for large-format printing, ensuring visual clarity and consistency across various sizes and media.
• Project Management: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and production teams to understand project goals, timelines, and specifications.
• File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files with proper color profiles, resolution, and dimensions for large-format output.
• Software Utilization: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools to execute projects effectively.
• Material Knowledge: Work with various materials like vinyl, fabric, and rigid substrates to ensure designs are optimized for specific applications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect proofs and final prints for color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality before production.
• Problem Solving: Address technical issues related to scaling, printing limitations, and material constraints to deliver high-quality results.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, printing technologies, and design best practices to keep the work innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in large-format graphic design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software; familiarity with RIP software and large-format printers is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for layout, typography, and color balance, especially at larger scales.
• Creativity: Ability to translate concepts into visually impactful designs that align with client objectives.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of vehicle wrap design and installation standards.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering or visual mockups for client presentations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or agency environment

Additional Skills:

• Hybrid to any Outsourced office (10x per month onsite) 
• Monday - Friday, 10 PM to 7 AM Manila time
