We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and client-facing teams to craft compelling copy across a wide variety of mediums, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, ad copy, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to deliver high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Create in-art copies and captions for social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) as well as ad copy for both the agency and current brands the agency is handling, ensuring alignment with the brand.
• Write blogs, success stories, and other copies to improve Near’s website.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Support the creative team in any initiatives that need focus.
• Handle other copywriting needs and review work within the company.

Who You Are:

• You have 3-4 years of copywriting experience within an agency or a brand.
• You have strong and creative writing skills.
• You are flexible in writing in different brand tones.
• You have an understanding of what works for different brands from different industries.
• You are articulate in both English and Filipino, both in writing and speaking.
• You have empathy, are good at relationship building, and are personable.
• You are comfortable with a lot of independence and trust and can come up with solutions.
• You are quick on your feet and can come up with the right response spontaneously.
• You would like to have your own business someday and are interested in working with fellow entrepreneurial personalities.
• You are intellectually curious and proactively identify areas of improvement and growth.
• You thrive in an independent working culture where you have the freedom to define how you will achieve your goals.
• Work-life balance is important to you, and you know that taking care of yourself comes first.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Experience with tagline, big idea development, and social media copywriting preferred.
• Experience with SEO preferred.
• Experience with creative writing preferred.
• Experience with creating something from scratch preferred.
