Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality graphic designs and video content, particularly for social media platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and engagement across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital assets that align with our brand identity.
• Video Editing (Reels/Shorts): Produce and edit short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, and TikToks) to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media and marketing materials are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to create cross-platform campaigns and support overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• Experience in video editing, especially for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• At least a year of experience in the same field, willing to be trained
