Why does this role exist


We’re looking for a talented problem-solver to join our internal Business Operations team. As our Business Operations Project Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to tackle the company’s most pressing operational challenges across various departments. This high-impact role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and enjoys finding solutions to complex problems.

What You'll Do


Research (30%)

  • Research industry trends, internal data, and best practices to support company initiatives
  • Gather information to help leadership make data-driven decisions
  • Coordinate conference logistics and lead generation opportunities
  • Support strategic research projects for company leadership


Data Analysis & Reporting (30%)

  • Create and manipulate data in Google Sheets, including pivot tables and visualizations
  • Generate comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders
  • Summarize data into clear insights for leadership decision-making
  • Present findings with confidence and clarity


AI Workflow Implementation (20%)

  • Use AI tools to improve business processes
  • Help build quality control systems using AI
  • Implement AI solutions for various business functions
  • Stay current on AI capabilities and apply them to improve operations


Product Development Support (10%)

  • Help launch new internal products
  • Create SOPs and documentation for new initiatives
  • Support end-to-end product setup processes


Stakeholder Communication (10%)

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with department heads and leadership
  • Provide regular updates on project progress
  • Present findings and recommendations

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and how they can solve business problems
  • Comfort with Google Sheets (creating basic reports, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Basic data analysis capabilities


Essential Traits

  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work with minimal instructions and figure things out independently
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, concise communication style without unnecessary detail
  • Comprehension: Can understand requirements quickly without repetition
  • Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond in previous roles


Preferred Background

  • Experience in tech environments or tech-adjacent roles
  • Background in process improvement or workflow optimization
  • Prior experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
  • Comfort with working in ambiguity
  • Experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously
