Job Description
The Head of Operations Support is responsible in providing Training, Quality and Documentation support to Operations Teams and must ensure Operational Readiness for all products and features that will have an impact to Ops Teams.
- Team Management: In charge of supervising operations support teams which covers Training, Quality and Business Process
- End-to-end Support Management: Assist the Digital Banking Operations Head in the end-to-end process and requirements of the digital operations team
- Project Management: Ensure requirements and priorities of Operations are addressed, escalated and prioritized according to the need and impact.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 7 to 10 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
- Proven expertise in project management
- Demonstrated experience in training and engagement, as well as process improvement
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, as needed
- Open to working in either Mandaluyong City and/or Cubao
