This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, generating reports, coordinating with stakeholders and onboarding.

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Research new technologies
• Follow up with candidates
• Building good relationship with the Hiring Manager and candidates
• Create reports needed by recruitment team and hiring manager

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills. Preferably with experience in multinational company in a multi-cultural setting
• Experienced as a Corporate Recruiter is a must
• Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Office tools
• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Corporate Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist role within a BPO setting
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
• Highly analytical and must be results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
